Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst - Permanent Position

Salary: £50,000 per year + 10% bonus
Role Overview: As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will report to the Customer Operations Strategy Manager. Your role will involve providing analytical, technical, strategic, and managerial support to all teams within Customer Operations, with a particular emphasis on our Collections Strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies, conduct A/B testing, provide insights, and report on strategy performance.
Ensure best practices in all critical commercial processes and solutions.
Support daily team management, task delegation, and mentoring junior analysts.
Manage stakeholder relationships, influence them through presentations, research, and reports.
Balance analytical, execution, and tactical tasks, adapting quickly to changes.
Oversee workstreams and deliverables, ensuring solutions follow best practices and are documented with controls, governance, and risks.
Implement coding solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.
Serve as a key contact for all project-related matters at all levels.
