Matt has worked within the recruitment industry since 2005. He started his career in candidate delivery, excelling within this space whilst building upon his knowledge of the wider industry and market to propel his career forward over the years; through Head of Candidate Delivery, Client Services Director and Company Director. Matt has remained very hands-on in his approach; whilst mentoring and training staff, he remained as a billing consultant, nurturing his client base and building out his own brand. He prides himself on excellent man-management, best practice, and candidate/client delivery. He loves mentoring rookies, sourcing candidates and account management. He has always put the development of others as a priority as well as being an ambassador for the business. He sees himself as an extension to all his client’s in-house talent teams.
